Introduction to Trusteeship
Delegates attending the course will be introduced to the basics and best practices of fundraising. You will learn how to become a more effective fundraiser as we introduce the different types of opportunities available from corporates to trusts and foundations. The training will support any current fundraising strategies your organisation has, learn how to measure success and impact. Understand how to comply with fundraising regulator and any other key legal requirements and standards.

Our training is designed to support delegates as they facilitate a more inclusive culture where diversity and inclusion isn’t just about ticking boxes or being politically correct. We will also go through the various statutory requirements of an organisation.
Finance for Non-Finance Board Members
The training will provide non-finance trustees with much needed confidence to understand and discuss finances at meetings. We will help with understanding finance keywords, financial reporting and how they impact the organisation. We will run through financial obligations, budgets, and profit and loss without getting too technical.

Marketing and communications, fundraising and raising awareness are interdependent to building a sustainable organisation. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders is therefore vital. Attendees will learn how to communicate effectively across different platforms, both online and offline, and understand the role they can play as a senior leader.
