Landscape Institute Board Opportunity 97 views

The Landscape Institute (LI) is seeking an independent Trustee to join their board. This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the four independent trustees, and LI is particularly seeking someone with business development and/or international business experience. They are also interested in those with a digital / IT background.

“The Landscape Institute is the chartered body for the landscape profession and provides a professional home for all landscape practitioners including landscape scientists, landscape planners, landscape architects, landscape managers and urban designers. It is an educational charity working to promote the art and science of landscape practice. The LI’s aim, through the work of its members, is to protect, conserve and enhance the natural and built environment for the public benefit.

Other requirements are a commitment to the aims and objectives of the Landscape Institute; a good understanding of the duties of a trustee; strategic, visionary thinking and an ability to bring fresh ideas to discussion and challenge opinions respectfully.
