Inclusive Boards is delighted to be working with Hft (Home Farm Trust) with their search for new Trustees. Founded by a group of families, this national charity has been supporting people with learning disabilities across England since 1962. Hft since its inception has been passionate about providing the right support to relatives of individuals with learning disability so they could live the best life possible.

“Today Hft still holds that belief and their purpose is to ensure that they give the 2,600 people they support the best life possible – whatever their level of disability. People with learning disabilities face obstacles that are hard to imagine. Their challenges are complex and lifelong. Even so, with the right care, support and encouragement, Hft believes everyone with a learning disability can find more enjoyment, comfort and satisfaction in life”.

Hft provides specialist care and support that helps people to live with as much independence, choice, dignity and control as possible.

Hft is seeking to recruit at least two new Trustees to the Board suitable for appointment by the end of the governance year.
