Inclusive Boards is delighted to support HFMC Wealth in the search for a new INED.
HFMC Wealth is an award-winning boutique wealth planner, asset manager and employee benefits specialist with 110 employees across two offices. The company is dedicated to providing independent, integrated wealth planning and asset management services that align with their clients' best interests.
HFMC Wealth is looking for an INED to support the development of the Board. The successful candidate will bring an independent voice to the leadership of the company's corporate governance and provide an external, independent perspective, challenging Executive Directors when necessary, using a collaborative and non-confrontational style.
The new INED will coach and mentor the CEO and develop the leadership capability of the HFMC Wealth Board and Senior Management Team. They will work with the Board to ensure the successful 5-year period following the engagement of a patient capital minority investor.
Applicants should have expertise in:
- supporting Board development,
- managing succession of key Board roles, and
- have demonstrable experience and impact in the areas of strategy and leadership development, governance, and business development.
Applicants should also have an understanding of the importance of good governance and strategic oversight and knowledge or interest in developing knowledge of the markets in which HFMC Wealth operates.
