We would like to appoint a diligent, focused and driven administration assistant to join our Business Support team. This is a key role within the organisation and an exciting opportunity to work with a forward thinking, dynamic business that is a positive disruptor. The role is currently a work from home position, but you will be expected to work out of our Nottingham office when government rules change.
Your basic duties will include:
Responding to internal and external enquiries.
Creating and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
Liaising with the HR and Operations Manager to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
Supporting the business needs of the company.
Scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements
Supporting with Directors diary management
