Shaheen leads Accenture’s Health & Public Service Business in the UK and Ireland. Drawing on her experience as a Technology Leader in the Financial Services Industry, she leads a team that delivers transformational solutions across the public sector using new platforms and ways of thinking. As a ‘’hands on’’ practitioner, she has personally driven some of the most complex Global cross industry implementations in Public Services and Capital Markets. She is a recognised advisor to senior clients at the forefront of digital transformation; driving first-in-kind innovation from inception to execution.

Shaheen is a passionate campaigner for Inclusion & Diversity in the City, with a specific focus on Gender, Race and Social Mobility. She was identified in the Cranfield School of Management’s 100 Women to Watch, 2018 and is a board member of the Prince’s Trust, Business in the Community Race Leadership team. Shaheen is a regular guest lecturer at the LSE’S Global Masters programme, focusing on organisational culture and next generation leadership. Outside of work she is a co-founder of Outsiders, a not-for-profit organization focused on the intersection of youth education and digital technology.
