About us

Who we are

Inclusive Boards began its work in the third sector, supporting some of the UK’s largest charities including Amnesty International, Big Lottery, British Red Cross and the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) with efforts to improve board diversity and develop stronger governance structures.

We are a mission-driven and values-led team working to create transformational change. We’re a black-owned and led SME, and our team reflects diversity within and beyond the protected characteristics.

We’re passionate about supporting organisations in their efforts to become more inclusive and diverse. No matter where your organisation is on its journey, our team can help you enact real change.
