Work With Us – Programme Coordinator Opportunity

Inclusive Boards is looking to appoint a resilient, capable and driven Programme Coordinator to join our team. This role will sit between Inclusive Boards Campaigns Team and our not-for-profit arm Inclusive Campaigns CIC. 

The Organisation

Inclusive Boards is an agency set up to support organisations in efforts to develop more diverse boards and stronger governance structures. Our services include executive search, diversity training, research and advisory and through our collective experience we have developed the following for a number of boards: diversity action plans, skills matrix, constitutions, strategic plans, governance reviews and more. We have worked with some of the largest charities in the UK, including Amnesty International, the Royal National Institute for Blind People, British Red Cross and the British Science Association.

Inclusive Campaigns CIC is the charitable arm of Inclusive Boards, a leading executive search agency founded to support organisations in efforts to develop more diverse boards and stronger governance structures. Our Campaigns team has produced work such as IB100 – a powerlist of the 100 Most Influential BAME Leaders in Technology and the 100 Most Influential Women in Engineering. We have delivered conferences for women in leadership in a number of sectors, founded the Inclusive Tech Alliance and designed and developed Executive Leadership Programmes supporting high potential women and BAME leaders. 

The Role

  • The role will be working within the Campaigns team to support the implementation and delivery of our Executive Leadership Programme(s), Women in Leadership virtual events and provide ad hoc support on wider Campaigns projects. 
  • You will be responsible for programme design and development which will include  curriculum development, identifying and liaising with speakers, research, and engaging external suppliers. 
  • Promotion of programmes through email marketing, phone calls, social media.
  • The role may include additional administrative support on Campaigns initiatives such as the Inclusive Finance project. 
  • This role is a 1 year fixed-term contract with the possibility of an extension. 
  • Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
  • Job Type: Full time, 1 year. 

You

  • You are an experienced programme or project manager who understands what is required to see a project through from initial development to launch.
  • A diligent and hard-working individual who tackles challenges as they arise, is results driven and passionate about making a difference.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately to a variety of audiences. 
  • You are able to build effective working relationships both internally and externally. You will be experienced in working collaboratively on time sensitive projects.
  • You will have a high degree of computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • You demonstrate initiative, drive work forward and pay attention to detail to ensure outputs are of high quality.
  • You are able to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales.
