This position is a key role within the Executive Search team and will involve active business development as well as taking ownership and delivery of search appointments and supporting colleagues.
The role will include research, business development and client management. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with suitable organisations that may require our services, developing partnerships, managing the application process and being aware of crossover selling potential within the various branches of the business.

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
Job Type: Full time, online currently with the option to use a shared workspace.
