They offer training across the whole of the UK and internationally, as well as delivering programmes across the south of England that:

About the Opportunity:
Chair
The Chair will lead the Board of Trustees in ensuring Artswork delivers on its mission and remains financially sustainable, strategically ambitious, and responsive to the needs of young people.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is passionate about empowering young people through creativity
- Has experience in leadership, governance, or strategic development
- Is highly adept in communication, influencing, and relationship-building
- Brings strong business or philanthropic networks and is confident in engaging potential supporters
- Understands the challenges and opportunities facing the arts, education, and youth sectors
- Is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Can maximise the diverse knowledge, skills, and experience of the Board in order to inform and grow the shared vision
