Inclusive Boards are delighted to be supporting Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust in the Search and Selection of 3 new Non-Executive Directors.
At Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT), we are dedicated to providing high-quality care with compassion. We deliver many of the NHS services that are provided outside of the hospital and in the community, such as physical and mental health, and specialist services. Together with global, national and local partners, we conduct high-quality and ground-breaking research into mental and physical health and support innovation to improve patient care.
We strive to improve the health and wellbeing of the people we care for, our staff and members, to support and empower them to lead a fulfilling life.
The Governors of CPFT are looking for three individuals who have excelled in their fields and who can offer a range of skills gained from the public, private or voluntary sectors and can assist with strategic development and quality improvement. The ideal candidates will have skillset in the following areas:
Strategic Finance
- A clear understanding, experience and background in audit and finance.
- The ability to Chair the Audit and Assurance Board Sub-Committee.
- Senior leadership or board-level involvement gained within a range of organisations.
- Demonstrable first-class communication skills, with a commitment to the values of public service and the NHS.
Human Resources
- A clear understanding, experience and background in Human Resources (HR); People, and Workforce Planning and Development.
- Senior leadership or board-level involvement gained within a range of organisations.
- Demonstrable first-class communication skills, with a commitment to the values of public service and the NHS.
Market Research (Science and Technology)
- A clear understanding, experience and background in market research and development; science and technology.
- Senior leadership or board-level involvement gained within a range of organisations.
- Demonstrable first-class communication skills, with a commitment to the values of public service and the NHS.
